The Groove Suns are a five-piece party band, based in Metro Detroit, blending ‘80s and ’90s nostalgia with modern pop hits - built to keep the crowd singing, dancing, and yelling every chorus back!

The Groove Suns deliver a carefully curated setlist packed with hits from the ’80s, ’90s, 2000s, and today. From Bon Jovi, Van Halen, Journey, and Tom Petty to Sheryl Crow, Paramore, Chappel Roan, Dua Lipa, and more.  The band blends all of your favorites with unexpected songs you don’t hear every cover band play.  

Featuring Madeline Ike on vocals, guitar, and percussion; Jason Locke on vocals, guitar, mandolin, and harmonica; Justin VanHaverbeck on keyboards, guitar, and vocals; Dan Buemi on bass; and Rich McCue on drums and percussion, The Groove Suns bring strong vocals, seasoned musicianship, and an energetic live show that keeps the night moving.
